They say that this is the best institution in Tambov. We were passing through the city, there is nothing to compare with 🤷‍♀️ But in general it is delicious, especially meat. The staff is polite. Prices are low by Moscow standards, at the level of an inexpensive cafe. The burning candles were a little confused - next to the fire hazardous New Year decorations. Cozy, of course, but no matter how bad things are done!
