Unfortunately, the first appeal to the center and immediately negative. I asked to invite a specialist in body repair, the girl from the service contacted him by phone, asked to wait 10 minutes. I agreed. I waited 40 minutes and no one came out. It is difficult to expect that with such an attitude towards the client, the work will be done efficiently.

An excellent service center, I have been servicing cars in it for several years. There were no problems after the renovation. Work is always completed on time. And the price for the official center is adequate for me.

The warranty engineer works only on weekdays, on weekends he is not in the service, I had to register to the detriment of my work on a weekday 08/25/2020, as a result, the master examined the malfunction, leafed through the warranty book and happily announced to me that traces of oil and smudges around the valve engine cover is normal. To my objections and the request that the car be inspected by a warranty engineer, he explained that the warranty engineer would point to the same item in the service book and would be denied troubleshooting. I insisted that an inspection by a warranty engineer be performed. I was taken to the waiting area, they indicated that the inspection would be carried out within an hour. After 30 minutes of waiting, the foreman informed me orally that the engineer had refused to troubleshoot, period. No conclusions were issued on paper, the warranty engineer did not communicate with me personally, I did not even see him. The master who received the car said that no one would write anything. As far as it is clear from what he saw and heard, in this service every effort is made not to deal with the problems of customers, including at a convenient time for them.

Changed spark plugs in no time. The candles were branded, they were in stock, which is good, otherwise I would have had to order and wait. The cost of work is not as high as in other official services, in which I have been before.
