Nice cozy cafe

We were in this institution very often, on our last visit - 09/21/19 they found a cockroach in cutlery and a napkin holder. We turned to the waitress, cleaned the appliances in the kitchen. The staff did nothing to resolve the situation; they replied that there was no manual. The management also did not call back, although they left the phone. Extremely disappointed with this place, it is obvious that the leadership does not give a damn about customers and there is clear unsanitary conditions in the kitchen. We won’t return there anymore.

2 stars for the interior, 1 star for the service, but I will not add two more stars for the food. That's just the food and not. The meat is tough and not juicy, the vegetables were not fried. Somehow like this. Here you can drink beer there calmly)
