Arrived 1.5 hours in advance, as requested, to undergo an ECG / echo for a fee, to visit a paid doctor. Total 2600 rubles. They didn't let me in at the entrance, time passed until I started to swear, then they let me in. As a result, what is paid, what is not, you sit in long queues. The desire to take a comprehensive paid program with such an attitude has already disappeared. Is it really impossible to distinguish between paid services and no. In a word, complete disappointment. There are different comprehensive programs, the maximum is 10400. So I don’t want to come to such a distance with such an approach and just sit there for tests and examinations. Sitting on the echo, I understand that the recording has already arrived at the doctor, and nothing has been done really. I do not recommend it in general. If someone is sure that money decides everything, this institution is definitely not. Someone got to the so-called candidate, does not listen, interrupts, shoves the whole reception on another problem. In short, horror, not service. I won't come here again. It's not a pity to give the money, if you see why. And here it is worse than in ordinary clinics, people sit in line for hours, you also wait a long time for a description ... during the appointment, this very candidate, then talked by phone, then by other patients.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the fact that they don’t warn me when they make an appointment with the doctor that they don’t let me go with the attendants, and at the same time the honey also proves, tears the throat, that everyone is informed about the innovations in advance, especially since we weren’t warned! The problem is that the old grandmother walks badly, her head is spinning, she had to walk up the stairs, since she does not know how to use the elevator and there were no people around to help her, the honey sister Vera Evgenievna did not even allow her to be put on a gurney! If they knew that there were such restrictions, they would sign up at another time. Honey sister at the entrance is very rude!

I want to sincerely thank Anna Alekseevna Grebennikova, September 30, 2017 I had a tachycardia attack, my husband urgently took me to the cardiology center, it was Saturday and her duty fell out, a kind woman brought me a chair in the registry and quickly let me down to the reception, Anna Alekseevna was already there she began to give me the first medical help, but the seizure could not be removed, there were no places in the department with my diagnosis, she made sure that they put an extra bed, they lifted me up and there I managed to stop the seizure. I also had surgery and everything is completely free. Surgeons have golden hands, on the second day I already went. Thanks to Tatyana Vitalyevna (if I’m not mistaken with my patronymic) to my attending physician, a very kind and attentive woman. So not everything happens by acquaintance and for money, there are still real doctors who value the health and lives of patients, God grant them all health!
