We contacted for a transaction using a mat. capital, before that we consulted with lawyers and as it turned out they advised us absolutely incorrectly, on the contrary, having carefully studied all the documents and our wishes, they explained to us how to make this transaction correctly, we wanted to buy with our spouse, but as it turned out, using mat. capital, you can register real estate only to the one to whom it was issued, the transaction was carried out, the notary passed everything for registration, they received ready-made documents, without queues and records in the MFC. I recommend very qualified and polite employees and the notary is a professional in his field!

Highly not recommended. I submitted documents for the allocation of shares, but in almost two months I did not issue anything. Calls are not answered, and when they answer, "call back in a week, tomorrow, etc." As if I owe them something))) They do not respond to e-mail either, it is not clear why it should be indicated in the business card. Don't waste your time, find another notary.

The most unskilled workers from all notaries: bring them everything ready-made, don’t even look at what they print, print with errors, how the document was printed - they don’t care what the identity of the power of attorney is and how to send it to another city - they don’t know, but they know how much it costs, I had to call an agent from another city and explain to the ladies over the phone what and where to send. They do not know how to scan either, the identity of the power of attorney was sent page: 2.1, I wonder how to sew it ?? I do not advise contacting these incompetent workers.
