I would like to share my impressions of visiting the Veranda restaurant, which we visited with friends not so long ago. The cuisine of this place raises no objections, everything is very tasty and interesting, which cannot be said about the service. They forgot to serve our friends hot dishes, they tried to convince us for a long time that they hadn’t ordered them, after which they promised to cook, but they never did it. The administrator withdrew himself from solving the problem, we did not receive any apologies, much less compliments. The hostel manager never asked about our impressions. Considering that our account exceeded 10,000 rubles, the attitude, to put it mildly, seemed strange.
