A very outdated approach - they were not allowed into the cold with a small dog (although in many Saratov establishments this is already a relic)

It is noticeably cool on the basement floor, the entrance is inconvenient, the toilet is not cleaned - the sink is clogged, the paper is falling out of the tank, the ring is all wet. The food is fine, but not for everybody. It would be nice to have buttons for calling the waiter on the tables.
