Now I'll tell you about my experience of ordering in this company. Hours at 21.10 (approximately), I call and order food from this institution. The operator said that they say all the order will be soon. Time 23.45 from them no answer, no SMS. I called to find out by the number where I ordered food, the number does not answer, somehow I found another number. There was taken by a girl who began to tell them that the intercom does not work for you, the phone is turned off (everything worked). And the srach begins. Then I was told that they could print a courier's call sheet for me to look at. Time passes, there is no extract and printout. Here writes a friend (I also connected her to this mess) "they mixed up the last numbers." After that I tried to get through, but no one answered the phone (clearly 7 why). I write a message to them, "where is the printout of calls" to which I receive the answer in 7 minutes "I propose to deliver the order now." Of course, I refused, because the food is already cold, and they can do something bad with an order. Results: Impressions spoiled, turned out to be hungry, nerve-racking. Be careful when ordering by phone, otherwise DEAF operators may be caught.

We arrived at this institution at 00.30 at the same time, while in advance we looked at the time of work on the Internet. It was written around the clock, 24/7 was also written on the door of the establishment, there were no other announcements. But we failed to eat, as we were told that they work until 00, without explaining the reasons. It is unclear, of course, who decided and decided so, but the impression of this institution is spoiled (((
