Absolutely boorish and disrespectful attitude towards patients from doctors and receptionists. Was recorded to the urologist: Veselkov Alexander Valentinovich on December 8 at 14 o'clock. I was late, called in advance, warned that I would be 10 minutes late. Unpleasant and disrespectful communication started from the front desk. They said that in their call center it was written that the delay would be 7 minutes (although I said 10) and that it was generally unknown whether they would accept me now or not. That is, they do not try to somehow go to a meeting with the client and try to find some kind of solution, but they immediately expose them as guilty. I think okay. While registering, I hand over the jacket to the wardrobe. I go to the doctor. 14:15. Immediately from the doorway, I was unhappy and in a raised voice - “This was the last time! It's 16 minutes now! " And stuff like that. And I'm trying to somehow explain about being late and that I just need a referral for tests for prevention and the remaining allocated time will be enough. To which he also answers me with displeasure - "If something does not suit me, I immediately say - then there will be no reception!" I'm ok, I'm leaving. Absolutely disrespectful, tactless and unprofessional attitude towards the patient. If you find yourself in the trash, come to this clinic and to this doctor. It was possible to tactfully somehow say - either we postpone the appointment for another day, because there will not be enough time, or the appointment will take only the remaining time for the patient. And not to run over, I ask who are you at all? Is it we who come and pay OUR money to you, and the prices are too high and we get such an attitude? Yes, in a free clinic, the attitude is better. By the way, this is not the first visit to this clinic. Was about a year ago about the formation of a callus and hallux valgus. To which I received a doctor's recommendation, simply go to an orthopedic salon and there they will pick up insoles and expanders for me. In general, nothing specific was said about my foot.
