In October, we arrived at the center to record a CT scan of the lungs; the grandmother with chest pains, severe coughing and high fever was not taken to the hospital. Administrators said the entry was for December. At first we were very upset and did not know what to do. But the administrators entered our position and accepted it on the same day. They were very polite, and there was no question of any rudeness or disrespectful attitude. As soon as the results were ready, they immediately called us and said that urgent hospitalization was needed. We are very grateful to all the employees of Mrtska, we believe that the grandma was hospitalized and she received a proper dispensation, only thanks to those who worked that day in this center. I waited 2.5 hours in a locker room on a chair as the CT device broke and no one bothered to check it before the patients arrived. The staff came in only once with the offer to "transfer to the sofa," where, incidentally, all the places were occupied. Nobody even offered a glass of water, my mother is 60 years old. After 2.5 hours of waiting, they were also rude before returning money for a service that was not rendered.
