After that they waited for the waiter / hookahman, waited 15 minutes, in the end they again went to look for the staff themselves. Okay, we ordered a hookah, cocktails and a glass of water. They brought the hookah within 20 minutes, there were no drinks, and again we went on our own. From the second treatment they took the cocktails from the bar, but still there wasn’t any water, probably it’s harder than the cocktails ... they went the third time for a glass of water, which we are constantly answered “right now, right now, right now”. They decided that it was better not to leave the bar and took a glass of water after 5 minutes. Hookah. Not once did a hookahman come up to us to ask how a hookah was to shake off the coals. When I passed the table, they called him 2 times, but the reaction was zero. Okay, I went to him with a request to shake off the coal, or to give tongs, since the hookahman does not want to do his job, the answer is the same "right now, right now, right now." I went to the table, and the hookahman had a nice conversation with someone from the staff and again forgot about us. He arrived in 10 minutes, I asked to add coal, they told me that there was still heat, although the hookah was no longer smoked, but after another request they brought us coal alone, but the hookahman failed to fix anything (not surprising). After another 20 minutes, they brought us three coals and a cap, covered, left, without asking anything, and safely forgot. As a result, we smoked a hookah for 20 minutes and paid 900 rubles for it. The service is zero. We won’t come anymore. P.S. Well, by the way, on this day they had a special offer, when ordering hookah tea for free. Do you think they brought it to us? Right. Of course not.
