Those. the store directly violates the civil code, the government’s decree "On the approval of the Rules for the sale of goods by remote means" and the law "on the protection of consumer rights". Support does not offer a solution. This is not found in any other trading network of the city. Eldorado canceled two of my orders in a row. That I canceled the first, I found out by chance, going to check the delivery status. He hung in a state of "changed." By that time, I had been expecting delivery for 11 days, but there were still as many. And if I did not decide to check the status, I would have lost as much as 20 days instead of 11, because the store did not notify me of the cancellation, either by phone or by mail. Saport assured me that there is no product in stock, so you need to make a refusal in your account. -I agreed, because this product really disappeared from the catalog, and the model I needed was in another store. The next day, I made an order for another product - a washing machine. After 6 days, her delivery was also canceled, but this time without my participation by the store itself (at the same time, the status in the personal account does not correspond to reality: "The order was canceled by the client"). I called the support service, where they told me that the product was not in stock, although it remained available for purchase on the site even a week after payment and did not disappear from the catalog for a day! Accordingly, the washer is actually in stock - this is not the case when the site does not have time to update after the last instance has been backed up and takes a new order. It's not a technical error. Also, there was NOT a price error - it did not change during the period 2 weeks before the order and within 10 days after.

It’s a wonderful store for me, though I read bad reviews, but all the equipment that is in the house, except for phones and laptops, was bought exclusively in Eldorado, and some of them are more than 10 years old and serve faithfully !!!
