Just awful quality of the Internet, by the evening the speed drops for no understandable reasons, when there were no such problems with Apricot. tried to get through. first they steamed my brain with my subscriber account, then they told me that I had problems on the line (really?!?) and then in the connection section add. services when trying to find out what the white ah pi is worth, they told me that I accidentally got (sic!) into the department for concluding new contracts. all this was done in 4 minutes of attempts to overcome the dumb-headed robot and half a minute of dialogue with a certain Alexander. Then I was switched to a local technical pod and I waited for another 11 minutes for someone to take a tube. did they have that consultants also fix the problem on the line? or are they unable to find employees for the position? What am I paying for?

Disgusting internet, disconnected every day! It is impossible to reach those support, no one picks up the phone for 30 minutes! Shame!

There is no television since morning. I call the city line the answer is: we do not know what happened, a specialist will come to you in two days. I explain to her that in other high-rise buildings the same thing does not show either cable or digital channels. When we had the Apricot provider, everything was fine. Any other provider will appear. I will move on with joy. PS I do not recommend.
