was at a consultation with a trichologist, I liked everything very much, but the cosmetologists are terrible !! it was necessary to remove the scar, the first time they did laser resurfacing, before that they announced one price, and when paying it turned out to be more expensive (they explained this by making it more powerful, for a greater effect), noticed the amazement, so I turned a blind eye to it. I came the second time, called, the administrator explained that it’s not advisable to come in the autumn in the summer, I should check with the beautician then call back, as a result, I’ve arrived, and they told me that they won’t do it since it’s impossible in the summer, I was dumbfounded to say the least .. why they wrote me down, they could say it by phone, I was traveling from far away, at the exit they still wanted to take money for a consultation .. very disappointed with the clinic! Of course I won’t go there anymore!
