Correctly they are called the unpleasant word "Pi..sy." The attitude to people is terrible. I arrived to register the car an hour before dinner, while I filled out the documents and paid the state duty it took about 20 minutes. I went to the window to ask when the cars would be inspected. To which I was answered that after lunch, which was supposed to start in 40 minutes !!!! At the same time, only one inspector accepted documents, the other sat a nikher, doing nothing. Fun to work like that. Sorry about that, but just no words, some emotions !!!!
