We were going to buy a Vesta, having previously phoned the consultant, having discussed all the conditions. Since we decided to buy a third car in this showroom, we were promised a personal discount and winter tires as a gift. On the eve of the trip to the salon, we once again phoned the manager Daniel, specifying whether the car we were interested in was available, he said that there was a complete set, come. The next day, having arrived at the salon, Daniel was "very" busy, he redirected us to another manager Dmitry Kubantsev. He said that no personal proposals are valid and there can be no talk of any rubber. Buying a car is accompanied by the purchase of an add. equipment for 80 thousand, and that our car is not available. After clarifying, with our first manager, who promised us in full that such conditions were not voiced by them and we ourselves thought up something. They began to offer (even impose) a different configuration with a purchase on credit (by the way, we were with cash). Having received a refusal to buy on credit, they even invited a senior manager who also imposed a loan. After leaving the salon, after 2 hours they still called back to us, we have prepared "very" favorable conditions. After all this situation, the desire to return to this salon has disappeared. As a result, we bought a car without any problems and impositions from their competitor! On the terms that suit us.

But in this salon we were immediately discouraged from dealing with this brand. Absolutely indifferent attitude to the client in terms of consultation, I would especially like to note manager Dmitry Kubantsev: impudent and boorish communication, the tone is solely based on dictating the conditions: take it now, or else go away in half an hour! This behavior has not been seen in any of the DC normal (foreign) automakers. It’s so good that in the cabin of another Lada dealer, although the staff was more adequate, the new Lada Vesta didn’t fail and the new car was shown to us with a scratched bumper and extraneous noise from the engine compartment, while seriously speaking, what is the norm ... Such cars and their dealers have completely opened our eyes to this brand.
