I came to buy a car, (new) went to the parking lot, looked at the car, after which the "seller" said that they did not sell without additional add-ons, and the minimum additional amount was 15 thousand. otherwise, he walked away, called again to the same salon, being in the parking lot, Ruslan picked up the phone, looking at the car I needed, he began to ask Ruslan if there was such a car and what the cost was. 570,500 - Ruslan answers, the final price, no special stages are needed, and so on. agreed to meet in 3 minutes at the doorstep of the car salon, went to the first "seller" in the direction of the car salon, Ruslan was going to the meeting, I asked him again, "now I give 577,500 and take the car?" Ruslan answers yes. I say "make out", he asked for a passport, I went to get a passport, after 3 minutes I returned, both "sellers" were already on the threshold and talking, when I came closer, Ruslan said that it turns out that the management forbids selling cars without special stages. I asked to call the management, they passed the phone, in the end, the management told me that without additional equipment they do not sell cars!

Liked the car dealership. The employees are friendly, they explain everything clearly and do not impose too much. There is no fuss in the salon itself, everything is clean and beautiful. If you buy a Lada car, then only in the P-service.
