I went to the salon under the warranty for the Lada Vesta car (83,000 km mileage), the engine began to warm up. The temperature did not drop below 100 degrees, from time to time the arrow entered the red zone. The first thing these masters started doing was to convince me that this is normal, that it should be so. When it became clear that they weren't suckers in front of them to such an extent and they couldn't dissuade them (30 minutes passed), they began to check !!! After checking, the fact of engine overheating was confirmed. They began to tell them that they had a queue and that they had to wait for the master to be released (about an hour), although I was by appointment. They waited for 1 hour, they took the car to the service, and started telling that if they disassemble something and it turns out that this is not the problem, then I will have to pay for it, for what they disassembled (WHAT ???) ... They kept us for another 30-40 minutes and began to tell us that nothing was clear, and, they say, you need to leave the car for 1-2 days (like the engine will cool down for 4 hours! will they be able to do all the more under warranty. We took the car and went to another service. Two hours later, they gave us the car, and said that they had changed the thermostat (under warranty). No problem at the moment. I wish all the bad things to this nasty service, deceitful masters and receivers. Very, very bad! So that in all stores they are treated in the same way, so that they are deceived and bred everywhere ...
