In fact, they made repairs from paid spare parts, which brought also attention, wrote out in the act of work performed: prevention of brake calipers, to my question why this work is in the act, if neither brake discs nor pads were changed, the answer was received - we dismantled the brakes, and then they realized that one disk was missing ... the curtain... After the incident, the customer service contacted me and the issue was settled. It's nice when a company hears its customers.

I have been driving this brand for quite a long time, in 8 years I have changed 2 logans. And this year I really wanted something different. Was in this service for a warranty repair, the delivery time of spare parts was 4 days longer than the due date, the car was not immediately taken away, the problem was with the gearbox, outside noise, they said that it did not affect performance in any way, you can move around and wait for spare parts, a replacement car is and they did not give it out, although they promised and it was all planned 1.5 months before the car was handed over for repair, the roof and wing seams were also repaired (on duster it is a disease), they did it carefully, but not a lot of excess paint on the roof was considered the norm, according to Arriving at the garage, I checked the oil in the box and refilled it with 800 grams, well, probably the experts know better how much and where, there was another question about the steering rack, they promised to arrange everything, but the derection was on sick leave and the question did not resolve itself, because no one can do anything solve without derection. I highly do not recommend this service.
