If you ask the consultants for help, they help. It is possible to order clothes over the Internet and pick up the package at the store.

09.09 searched in the mall for a coat. I found a great option in Reserved but the button was torn off the coat, there was no other size of mine. Buttons were not found for me either. First, the cashier and then the store manager categorically refused to give a discount on a defective product. They do not do them! and if the goods are not bought, they will simply be written off. That is, they CONSCIOUSLY sell defective goods. She bought a coat anyway, a very beautiful color. I will change the buttons and cross them at my own expense. But this is the first time I’ve seen such an attitude towards a client. Usually the store in such a situation goes to a meeting so as not to lose profit and respect of the customer. But the Reserved store apparently doesn’t care :)

It seems that the main direction of the store is not sales, but taking up space in order to “shine” the brand in this segment of goods. No discount or discount cards, no attention to buyers. The hanger with the goods will fall, workers can step over it half a day, before lifting and hanging it in place. A dump of things in the fitting room - this is apparently the trademark of the department. Well, the range is very ambiguous. It happens, you go in, buy 4-5 things, and sometimes, look at that.

YESTERDAY WERE AT THE CHILD STORE, STARTED TO MEASURE FOOTWEAR AND PUNCHED FOOT WITH A CLAW !!!! From where there was a nail, there was nothing to process !! Nobody rendered help and they pretended that everything was OK !!! Where is the current store number ??????
