Terrible. I don’t know how the tests are taken, while they say so, we don’t know. They don't know how much they cost. I made an appointment with the doctor for tests, in the end I took them 45 minutes, although I was on time. The accounting department did not know how much these analyzes cost. I waited some more time for the prices to arrive from another clinic. They don't do the tests themselves. They said that the tests are done for five days, in the end, two weeks. At the same time, I had to call for a very long time and find out where the tests were, how long to wait, they were constantly fed breakfast.

I was in this clinic 8 years ago, and since then nothing has changed, shabby doors, creaky sofas, an angry aunt at the reception. The audibility is excellent, sitting in the corridor you can make out how the doctor and the patient are discussing the diagnosis outside the door. I was surprised that there is no entry (at least for fluorography), you sit in line like in a polyclinic. The doctor was 10 minutes late for the appointment (which I think is not acceptable for a private clinic), the cashier accepted the payment without interrupting the conversation on the cell phone, the woman in the reception could not even squeeze out the word "Hello". One security guard is great, that's true, he greeted, measured the temperature, opened the door. Feedback is more for the management - the clinic will not last long with such an attitude towards clients.

Awful. Applicants must give a report that for money, and not small, they get the quality of services sometimes even worse than "at the pole", with queues, the inability of the reception to somehow redistribute the queue, by discussing doctors from neighboring offices (when they shout at each other ) the diagnosis and symptoms of the patient who has just left them, it is a pity that patients waiting in line are not invited to the discussion. There is no work with refusals (they will not contact you if you did not come to the reception, it does not matter if you were taken by an ambulance, taken to the morgue or you are already being served by a competitor, they are not fighting for a client, there are probably too many of them, etc. etc. n. I vote in rubles, they won’t carry any more money.

The best ENT doctor in Volgograd, Natalia Y. Lymareva. Very competent, sympathetic, kind doctor. I have been addressing her for 7 years with my children. Was at the dermatologist-Uzhasss. Unpleasant, rough, general phrases, after a visit, I realized everything is treated only by diet. QUESTION: WHY FOR THESE PHARMACIES AND DOCTORS?

Was at the proctologist. Worse than that. The doctor refused even to diagnose and give any recommendations, sending him for an x-ray. She refused to communicate with me, referring to the fact that I loudly react to the fact that it hurts me. You see, I'll scare the patients away. By the way, I have already heard this adage more than once from other patients (the doctor refuses to look, etc., due to the fact that a person aiket, groans, etc. during the examination). I dumped the n-th amount of money and was left with nothing.
