Seeing a rating of more than 4 *, we booked a room when we arrived in Volgograd in the evening, the apartment that we had booked earlier in the shopping center, managed to rent it to us and other clients (it’s good at least the money was returned). This spa turned out to be a room with mold, the shower smells of musty water and the shower does not work properly ... The price, regardless of the booking period, includes breakfast. As it turned out when booking and for 3 days, this is 1 croissant expired per person, a bag of tea and coffee, a bottle of water and a dirty kettle ... person), returned breakfast, promised to bring fresh croissants or refund, in the end nothing ... It's unpleasant, not a foot into this complex ...

An institution of several saunas of different sizes, quality, with a different set of additional services. Each sauna has a different size pool. Payment is hourly, on weekdays it is cheaper and there are special offers. Good service, friendly staff. The rooms are clean. Reservation is needed in advance; on the weekend everything is always busy. It is possible to order drinks / food from the bar and restaurant. Prices are above average. Free parking is available.

We rested on 01.01.20 in the hall Egypt. The first thing I want to notice is that the TV was not set up, about 10 minutes they poked trying to set it up on their own, as a result, an employee came in, too, barely set up. (the TV doesn’t see the flash drive, I had to listen to the TV music) After setting up the TV, I went to the hammam and found that it was not heated, but not too little time had passed! Then, fragments were found in the jacuzzi three times (no one was fortunate enough!), The administrator was surprised at presenting the fragments for the first time, there were no apologies, the fragments were brought back to the reception the second time, to which they heard “yesterday was a new year, people noted smashed, "an apology also did not follow, but it was suggested to send the maid to catch a net with a glass !! After negotiations, we invited the administrator as an apology to give us extra time, after agreeing with the director, we were given an additional one hour stay and only then an apology was brought! The rest of the staff is polite. But the rest was ruined. I myself will not go anymore and do not recommend it!
