The library is nice, clean. The staff are very attentive. But to us with registration in the Kaliningrad region, and not in the city, they refused to sign up, because if we do not return the books, it will be difficult for them to find us. Despite the fact that we actually live nearby and were ready to provide an address. We were offered only a reading room. Very sorry.

My children run there with joy, both for books, and for various activities and holidays. Very happy that there is such a place nearby.
