The firm in Volzhsky "threw": agreed on installation on Saturday, 30.06. On that day, no one came or even called. On Monday I tried to find out the situation - they talked to call back, but again they did not keep the promise. I am very sorry that I turned and hoped for this company, tk. an urgent installation of an air conditioner was needed. Now, in other companies, the queue for installation must wait at least another 5 days. Also, this company works under a franchise and has little relation to Volgograd and Moscow firms, so it is useless to make claims on the quality of service as to the network. I highly do not recommend contacting them.
