Disgusting cafe. Were the first and last time. This collective farm council. But the worst thing I saw there was Cockroaches. They are just like pets - they feel very comfortable there. Close this institution already and carry out disinfection and repair accordingly. A shame.

Good day! April 8, 2019 celebrated its anniversary in the cafe "North Bay". I would like to express my gratitude for the coordinated team. Thanks to the owners of this institution for their great help in choosing the menu, decorations and so on. This allowed me to devote more time to myself and loved ones. The menu is just great! Everything is served at the time, everything is tasty - a huge blessing from the guests. We express our gratitude to the leading cafes Herman and Oleg - without them the holiday would not have been a success !!! Thank you for the wonderful atmosphere of the holiday!
