I have been studying at the FOK "Rus" for 3 years since August 1, 2017 in the club of veterans of physical culture "Obnovlenie", the founder of which is Tyurin Alexander Viktorovich. I really like everything! In the gym we play volleyball, table tennis, badminton, engaged in the gym. In the fitness room, we perform a set of exercises for flexibility, stretching and plasticity of our body. And all this under the guidance of our dear trainer Zolotovsky Fedor Fedorovich. I like the attitude of the management and service personnel of the FOC "Rus" towards us. I think that all the sports veterans in the photo below support me and express their gratitude to those who give us the opportunity to study in the sports and recreation center "Rus" !!! We get great pleasure from classes! Thanks everyone !!!

Крайне не удобные шкафчики в раздевалке.Они просто очень маленькие(1м).Куртка не влезает,джинсы станут мятые.Для верхней одежды поставили вешалку, но и тут засада.Раздевалка как проходной двор,снимай вещь и уходи.Неужели нельзя установить шкафчики во весь рост? Места предостаточно для этого.
