Children love the "Special" loaf, but buying a crisp, warm loaf is simply unrealistic !!!! Whenever it comes, the loaf is cold and does not crunch. Either it's night, then come after 14 hours. Come after 14 hours, the bread is cold! Where is crunchy ??? There is only one answer: "They brought one like that!" It's a shame .. it just doesn’t work to please the children!
