Various instrumental and hardware examinations are carried out on the spot (ps: I was disappointed with the work of the ultrasound doctor, he was ready to put me straight from the office on the operating table, wrote a bunch of diagnoses. I went to the regional hospital to double-check on the same day - nothing was confirmed.
