The worst off representative, and in general, the auto interior, the premiere is not like that for a long time, they advertise on all sources to at least somehow attract attention, but their service is at 0, they gave the car to the Volkswagen service, repaired for 3 hours, although they promised a maximum of 1.3. Friends came to buy a Skoda, the same premiere service was at 0, not even anyone was paying attention. If you are thinking of buying a service or a car here, think 1,000,000,000,000 times, better bypass this office ...

They came, looked at the car interested in Kodiak, asked for a test drive. They wrote it down, we filled out a questionnaire, and after 10 minutes they said that the car had gone for a test drive for 3 days. Seriously?!!! We already went through such a scheme in the Moscow salon (there the guys poured gasoline for themselves, for those who were not allowed to take a ride on a test drive) + they made out a bonus time for the supposedly performed show. Dear Director / Administrator, sort it out with your consultants. We had to go to another salon.

On May 26, 2019, my wife and I went to the Premiere - Center on Sportnaya Street regarding the purchase of a Skoda car, as a possible option for a family car. Olga Ermakova, the administrator, greeted us warmly in the hall. The dialogue to determine our needs was unobtrusive and tactful. The work with us was continued by the manager Stepanov Stanislav, whom we overwhelmed with questions on technical characteristics and many other “inconvenient” and partly provocative questions. The manager's interaction with us is highly professional: excellent work with objections, a broad outlook in the field of the modern global automotive industry, psychological "adjustment" to the client, allowing you to communicate freely in a partner position, but not once did we feel uncomfortable about not knowing any things. More than two hours with a test drive, which allows us to make our choice, we spent “away” at the Center. For all this time, both managers have shown themselves to be competent specialists. We were also pleased that counseling did not turn into imposing a car, although we immediately made it clear that "hot" clients. After visiting the salon, they were convinced of the correctness of the choice of car brand and the next day they made a purchase. I recommend to visit this particular salon if you decide to purchase Skoda.

Cheating They measured cylinder compression below the norm, they said it was necessary to do engine overhaul (about 120 thousand rubles). I tried compression on another hundred - everything was within the normal range and in the end it turned out that it was just necessary to clean the fuel pump (I did it myself) everything worked as before. Ugh on your cattle center.
