This is the most disgusting service I've come across. The staff at the stage of incoming calls leaves a negative residue. They constantly switch the line to incompetent employees or have to explain everything again. When asked to call back, they politely write down the phone number, but no one calls back, it's just awful. The car was not fully diagnosed. The diagnostic results were not commented on, the calculation of the cost of work after the diagnosis was not calculated, the cost of spare parts for repair was not calculated. Absolutely not satisfied.
