Продают автомобиль неплохо, но когда дело доходит до сервисного обслуживания дела у СТО "РОНА" неважные, сервис выглядит так что как будто сотрудники "царьки", посоветовал бы им пересмотреть своё отношение к клиентам своего СТО, потому что кроме них в г. Тольятти имеется ещё 8 офиц. СТО

Since 2014 I have been going there for maintenance and warranty service, I don’t know what happened, but the last time they started to refuse warranty repair, the last time I couldn’t stand it and called the AvtoVAZ hotline, they confirmed that my case is under warranty and that I can change the spare part completely free , I handed this to the master to the receptionist, to which he grinned and said that because of what they told me on the hotline they would not change, what I asked for a refusal in writing, they said okay and sent to the waiting area, after two hours I called and said your machine is ready come take it, the master acceptor when giving the car smiled, said that they thought and decided to change the spare part, lo and behold! I don’t understand why customers are getting mad? Warranty - means change, and do not talk about the fact that the defect is not significant and you can travel with it for another 10 years.

I contacted this company, which was solid in appearance, changed the oil pump under warranty, the order indicates that they filled in new oil and put in a new oil filter. But looking at the filter, it became clear that it was dirty, i.e. not new, but engine oil is also old. Maintenance prices are more expensive than other official services. I do not recommend it.
