So what is: - house on 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, on the ground floor there is a kitchen and a living room, a staircase is safe for a child. - sauna with swimming pool, free braces for kindling. - a gazebo with a barbecue and an endless supply of firewood, which is a rarity for Volgodonsk. - playground (swing, slide, rings, house). - the beach across the bridge with sand and normal entry for the child. - it is possible to fish everywhere and always with success even for a delitant. - an Internet and a telly with smart, everything works well, TV is new, it was hung with me. - parking - at least drive the tank. - there is a guard-guard. - there are gazebos and surrender only to their own - the main credo is "peace and quiet", if you need noise you are not here. - the reciprocal documents were done as promised. Everything is good. - there is a catamaran - free of charge. - the owner got a motor catamaran for walking, it's a pity they didn't have time to test ( Everything is very dignified and decent, we are satisfied, and we are very picky))) We have visited many places and have something to compare. Great base for any time of the year. The houses have everything you need: dishes, a kettle, a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, splits, nice clean comfortable rooms. A big plus, a bath with a pool in the house. We plan to rest on the base of the Torch.

One of the good things is the bath + pool and silence, unlike other bases. The kitchen has everything except dishes. Everything is clean, but it is necessary to update the repair in house # 2 and insert broken glass in the window. The administrator is friendly and always ready to help in any matter.
