Buffet breakfasts are absolutely fantastic - pancakes, oatmeal, fried and scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon and many more. Very comfortable beds, cleaning every day, free water on the floor. What could be better: 1. during breakfasts waiters are literally stealing plates :) without even asking if I finished or not. 2. In the room there’s a note that if you don’t want a new towel, just let it hang otherwise leave on the floor. But every single day I had a new one which is not very good for the environment. 3. We stayed in the hotel restaurant till 3am on 30.06.19 and when came for the breakfast at 8am were met by the same staff which served us during the night. In my opinion it’s not the proper way to arrange staff shifts and then expect them to do their best at work. In general I really enjoyed staying in Holiday Inn Ufa and would definitely recommend it! Hope that my notes will help you to get even better:)

Staff can speak English, this is very good news. Its location is centered, you can find so many place to eat and drink. I strongly you to recommend if you stay in UFA.

Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, good service. Restaurant could be slightly better.

Warm beer at 6$ is what takes a star away. As well, hotel administration should notify guests of mass events. There were two mass delegations arriving at the hotel, much mess. Another star away. Staff attention and compliments at the restaurant for long waits get one star back.

Great hotel with very high standards. I loved every moment I’ve spent there. Centrally located to pretty much everything you need starting with McDonald’s if you’re i to that kind of thing to numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. You can skip going inside Gostiny Dvor as place totally went downhill, but everything outside of it is awesome.
