My mother was admitted to the ambulance with a high fever, which lasted for almost two weeks, while we were treated at home (according to the recommendations of the district doctor), the treatment did not help, we called the ambulance twice, they took me to the hospital only the third time. At the reception, they blamed us that we had started everything ourselves. But at the same time, they did not want to accept, supposedly my mother was not yet in a difficult case. But, thank God, they still put me in therapy. We calmed down a little that my mother would be under supervision and that she would receive the necessary treatment. But for two days, even the doctor never approached her, the treatment was apparently prescribed in absentia. Mom asked for a thermometer, they didn't bring it to her. They brought it on the second day, the temperature was 39.2. Thank you for getting the injection at least. Two days later, they decided to transfer her to Volskaya. Mom did not have outerwear (at the reception, upon admission, they told her to take her home) and with bilateral pneumonia, they took her outside to the ambulance in one thin dressing gown (although she asked to cover herself with a blanket to get to the ambulance .... DON'T GIVEN! !! RAGGED BLANKET WERE REGARDED !!!) Thanks to the girl on the ambulance who intervened in time and did not let my mother go out into the street naked, covered her, took her bags and helped her get into the ambulance. I appeal to the employees of the Central City Hospital, in particular, the therapy department. Why are you so bestial to treat other people who feel bad and who have come to you for help? You yourself chose your profession, no one forced you to it. Of course, I understand everything, now it is a very difficult and even terrible situation, but this in no way justifies such an attitude towards an elderly woman. And, thank God, my mother was transferred to another hospital !!!!!!!

I was in surgery. The attitude of doctors and nurses is very sincere. There are, of course, exceptions, but they prove the rules. The wards and most of the rooms have very high quality repairs. It is difficult to assess the food, I was lying with a "stomach", but the neighbors in the ward were praising. Only "4" due to the lack of a shower in the room and toilet. Nobody can submit a watering can or a ship, water, or a thermometer, even if relatives or neighbors in the ward repeatedly apply. There is probably one for the entire department .... So it is better to take your own. In the difficult situation of my mother and the need for antibiotics, they forgot to put them on ... This was reported by the nurse and I in while caring for my mother, more than once ran to the treatment room with an insistent request to give her an antibiotic. Diagnostics in our hospital suffers a lot. No one really does it until relatives or the patient himself start beating the alarm if he is able. tgen mom was done 10 times in 2 weeks and each time pneumonia, it was, it was not ... MRI, and other types of diagnostics are done when it is too late and the disease progresses, and of course if relatives require it. Being 9 months pregnant, I had to run up and down the floors and ask my mother to be paid at least some attention by other specialists that she needed. There are many doctors who are young and incompetent in the treatment of seriously ill patients. In general, thanks, of course, to the conscientious doctors of this hospital, they are of course. I will say briefly, if a person has immunity, he will come out, if not, then in this hospital they will not help him! He will come out himself, well, no, he will die. The father died in the same hospital, at first the ambulance refused to pick him up, for them the criteria for taking him to the hospital are temperature and pressure, everything else can be treated at home, in their opinion, it turns out that his father had a blood clot, and he needed urgent help, calling an ambulance a second time was too late , and even in the reception room of the Central City Hospital he was received and it was determined in which department to put 3 hours !!! cardiologist is not there) And all this time he was tormented in the corridor on the couch ... as a result, he died in the intensive care unit of therapy for a heart attack ... That's how sad we are being treated ... God forbid anyone get there. Now I I am writing this review having calmed down, but then it was all scary, a sea of ​​tears, helplessness in a situation, a cry for help from the heads of a doctor, a deputy minister, a pregnancy that ended successfully, the birth of a son a month after the death of his mother. Huge gratitude to the cardiologist-resuscitator Yakunin A.E., a professional doctor from "God", pulled the mother out of that light for the first time during pulmonary edema. I am also grateful to the head of nevoology, Kirillin E.Yu., responded to the request to examine my mother, since the attending cardiologist Anisimova Anna Sergeevna did not consider it necessary to examine a neurologist, with serious disorders of the nervous system, after pulmonary edema. For Anna Sergeevna, the patient's case turned out to be unbearable, and she did not know how to treat such a patient, but at the same time she was extremely tactless with explanations to the patient's relatives, in raised tones and considered it her merit that the patient allegedly got better the next day after her decision to cancel further treatment, her mother's condition became serious, and her doctor Anisimova planned to be discharged home in such a serious condition. growing up - how can a person be discharged in such a state - I was told that the terms of treatment were over and it was time for her to go home ... Unfortunately, it was too late and it was not possible to save her .... It's a pity that in the 21st century, our medicine in diagnostics and treatment, staff motivation and doctors' competence is so lagging behind! our medicine and quality of services, in Moscow and St. Petersburg, but here is a complete mess!
