Disgusting work! They postpone the delivery of the order for the 4th time, starting from 8.01! If the Dpd employee did not depart from the holidays, on vacation, fell ill, died, in the end, it was possible to warn that delivery would not be carried out and you need to pick it up yourself. I never advise anyone to choose DpD in Russia !!! Worst service ever! Sorry, no rating -100

Detained for 2 days. They promised to deliver on day 3, but were late. As a result, the weekend is ahead, which means another 2 days of delay. I hope they can do it on Monday.

They called from the company and ordered delivery on January 05 from 09:00 to 18:00, the courier waited at home all her day off! The courier never showed up !!! I am very indignant at the work of the company !!!
