Mount Svetelka. The guard hill is one of the sights of the Shigonsky District of the Samara Region. In the XVI-XVII centuries, the so-called mountains and elevated places, which were located guard patrols. Mount Svetelka - the name appeared when on top of a mountain by order of Count VP Orlov-Davydov was built glazed tower-light. From it one could admire the surroundings for many kilometers around. The tower was destroyed during peasant unrest in 1906. It is considered a place of power, here the boundary of the fault of two geological plates passes ... Volzhsky Stonehenge. I did not feel anything ... It was terrible to pass under power lines ... Cracked ... You can climb on foot, you can drive up by car ... Organize excursions ... We climbed on our own, 20-30 minutes on foot. The asphalt road, the entrance to the village, the old checkpoint, and on the left the first asphalt road, then another dirt road, it’s better to go by car first ...
