Approximately how much can they pay, how long do they finish finishing, how much do they invest in advertising, etc. Yes, of course, “they don’t dig deep” - but in any case (with rare isolated exceptions), objects filled with the participation of consultants are more successful than standalone projects. This is how developers, for example, get information about tenants who register part of the sales amount as a return of goods - for non-payment of interest on turnover, for example. Or about tenants constantly delaying rent payments. Therefore, competent developers are protected from the "fairy tales" of tenants. And what about tenants? But, unfortunately, they are almost not protected from lies and "fairy tales" from the shopping center and consultants.
