Good garage complex. Not heated. 6 floors above the ground. Underground storage rooms and cellars. The driveways are wide, but not high, with the load on the trunk you need to be careful. Separate serpentines for ascent and descent, very wide, a car with a boat trailer runs at a time. The elevation angle is not very high. Garage boxes are large 4x6m, almost everything, several small 3x6m and several dual 6x6m. Of the minuses - water is not brought in to the GSK, in general. The biggest minus is the location. GSK is far from residential areas and the road to it is always broken. Most owners do not use garages for daily parking but for long-term storage of cars, for example, for the winter, or as a warehouse. The price of boxes is one of the lowest in the city.
