Having called the store, they said to wait for a call on Monday from the master and there to agree on the time and date. I live in another locality, I asked to give the master's number and contact him in order to agree immediately and specifically about the date and time, for which I received a refusal and they do not give the number. Also, initially, when buying, I was told that the assembly of furniture would be 10% of the order, and when I called the store after delivery, they said that 800 rubles and the assembly of 10% of the cost is only from the order for 8000 rubles, everything below -800 rubles (the seller about why I didn’t say) my order was in the amount of 7450, which is 10% - 745 rubles. Yes, the difference is insignificant at 55 rubles, but you need to provide customers with accurate and reliable information! They do not give any contacts, there is nowhere to leave a complaint! I will write to all authorities, in the book of reviews, I will look for the contact number of SP Kudryavtseva S.V. Now all over my apartment there are boards from the cabinet, which it is not known when they will deign to assemble, when the master deigns to call! I do not recommend this seller to anyone !!!!! P.S, according to this organization, they do not have their own furniture assemblers and hire third parties. From the task to sell, and who will collect it for you is your problem. However, a master came to me (whom they sent to me, a third-party) and asked: "why did they turn out to be you collecting and asked me?" A very interesting application. Therefore, I say again: I DO NOT advise ANYONE this individual entrepreneur Kudryavtsev, located in the Mebelgrad shopping center, save your nerves and get joy from buying in another normal store, and if you still decide to buy, then be prepared for the fact that the information you will be provided with incorrect information as will actually be. Oh, yes, the bosses are also not great: they talk in a raised voice, they are rude, they blame you for everything, there is no customer focus and loyalty system.
