Спасибо, отменили, ловил это время на сайте чтобы поставить прием онлайн, за это время в колл центр позвонили и заняли мое место, теперь вместо декабря (на который я записался месяц назад!!!!!!!!!!) на прием попаду в конце января, супер UPD 22.12.20! Позвонили, предложили другое время на ближайшие дни, приятно что организация не игнорирует. В целом, считаю, что проблема исчерпана. Спасибо
