Good tax. Surprised, to be honest, evaluation. Electronic queue, the staff is polite. The room is nice. The queues are not strong. There is something to compare. Even in large cities there are no electronic lines, people so that there really is nothing to breathe. And in Bologoye? Who was there? There's times worse than the situation. I have also confused documents here (they are generally small, where they are not confused), but they quickly solved this question. Personally, I'm happy with everything.

Very modern department of the Federal Tax Service. The staff is pleased. I applied for a refund of a part of taxes, did not attach payments and some more documents. As a result, he did not even manage to arrive personally, the employees probably found payments in their system and returned part of the tax. Thanks to them!

The second time I submit documents for a tax deduction, I have to wait for the maximum time set by law, for a very long time, a desk audit of documents for 3 months and 1 month for transfer of funds, totaling 4 months.

Disgusting work. Never get through, constantly mess up or lose payments. And this is a government agency!
