Restoran " Chkalov"

We ate here with the family. What should i say. First of all, a restaurant on top of a hotel and no english menu card. I know english is not very common in Neftekamsk, but this restaurant should have one. The waitress forgot one drink and a soup. Maybe she did't understand it. The quality of the food was ok. But compare to last year, the quality of the restaurant is not the same anymore. I think we will not come again. The prices are higher than in the most restaurants in Neftekamsk.

Instead of Chkalov, a new Restaurant # 1 has now opened, aka khinkalnaya. Looking ahead, I will say that in two visits to this misunderstanding, it was not possible to eat khinkali. For the sake of fairness, I will say that the restaurant worked in a technical mode the day before the opening. But first things first. So, let's begin. A table was booked on sofas overlooking the city. In fact, they sat at an ordinary table with armchairs, although initially they asked for sofas. Nobody apologized, they didn't bother to explain. As a lyrical digression, it should be noted that Neftekamsk is a purely provincial town, without the absence of any hints of service and maintenance. The interior of the new restaurant differs from the old one in nothing. There was enough creativity for two painted walls. Not the slightest hint in the interior is betrayed by belonging to Georgian cuisine. The menu is located on a huge sheet of paper and for some reason is printed in such a small print, although a couple of volumes of War and Peace could fit. There are a great many positions and names, but as usually happens and as happened later, some dishes were not available. The waiter honestly admitted that he does not understand the menu well, he has been working recently. When asked about a smoothie with a mysterious name, Caprice of the guest was at a loss to answer, but did not ask anyone. Apparently, he regarded it as a whim of the guest. From all the variety of dishes, the choice fell on khinkali. Of course, of the four types, only 2 were available. As a result, 7 were ordered in total. And nothing seemed to bode well. But time passed, and these miracle dumplings did not bring us all. For a weekday, the restaurant was about half full. After half an hour of waiting, I had to catch the waiter and find out where our khinkali are. In response, they heard assurances that khinkali are being prepared manually and that this is a delay, and that he will immediately clarify how long they will be ready and inform. After another 10 minutes of waiting, it was decided to leave this establishment without hope of meeting with food. Another funny moment happened while paying the bill. An employee of this restaurant, of an indefinite position and rank, very persistently tried to get an answer from us to the question "Are you all?" As it turned out, in order to pick up the dirty dishes, no less than two glasses. Such dedication in the performance of our official duties has left us at a standstill. Because for half an hour at the next table there was a pile of dishes, which obviously no one was going to clean up, even after the guests had left. When leaving the monastery of Georgian cuisine, our waiter was noticed, serenely looking at the screen of his smartphone and clearly forgot about our khinkali and the assurances to inform about their fate. Of course, no one stopped us - clients leave, money, well, to hell with them. In conclusion, I would like to say that the lack of competition and demanding customers gives rise to such establishments under the heading "Misunderstanding". But do not be sad, because they close much more often than they open. P.S. On the day of the official opening, that is, the next, an attempt to taste these wonderful dumplings was also unsuccessful, the waiting time exceeded all the limits of patience.

This is my first time in Neftekamsk and this restaurant is the first where I came. The place itself is good, the live music is great but the cuisine is thrash. I ordered a shish kebab, brought in a piece of marinated spoiled meat. The menu does not correspond to reality, the salad layout is not complete, so expect surprises. It is sad that the institution can break attendance records, but the policy of the management and attitude towards the guests puts an end to it. Come, drink, but don't eat)))

I loved this place, it is very cozy and makes a great experience. I especially liked it when they invite live sound, when they sing, it's cool! I am very glad that you are taking care of your guests. You know, the Bible says that: "A house is built with wisdom", so it can be said about you, what you do for people and people are drawn to your cafe, but I looked a little expensive, not everyone can visit your cafe, but after visiting it, he will definitely like the atmosphere, thank you, keep going as mentioned above, use wisdom when improving your cafe!

The service is lame, no one greets or says goodbye. There is a garder, but there is no lady attendant, that is, no one is guarding things. It took a long time to prepare food. However, the quality is normal. Ordered khachapuri and khinkali with cheese. The cheese turned out to be salty, even too much.
