They came for the weekend with three families with children, lived in one of the newly built double houses. Everything is fine there, but there were very few hooks in the bathroom and in the rooms for clothes (there is absolutely nowhere to put things), well, one toilet was not enough for us sometimes, but the house is ideal for two families. The territory is very pleasant, there is a place to walk, there is a playground. Many thanks to all the staff, they responded to all requests very quickly and very politely. We were in the restaurant, we were in the spa, everything is fine there too. We would love to come back here.

Interested in buying a house in this location. The general condition of the house is disgusting, he was literally all killed, in one room there was just a closet with a door leaning against it. The water smells terribly of iron and is very hard, we have already grown out of the habit of this quality of water, but I think it is dangerous to use it, let alone drink. Plumbing is dead from water and contains a coating of rust. The countertop in the kitchen is full of holes and swollen, the tiles on the floor have fallen off everywhere, everything creaks. Kitchen equipment is a mockery, there is nothing. Why is there a kitchen at all if there is nothing? Do not cook, do not warm up, there is no tea and coffee, a set of dishes for two people. Next, the most interesting thing, animals in the house! In addition to the unrealistic number of flies, I personally killed 10 pieces, MICE live in the house, yes, it is MICE. Now imagine a man with three girls living in a house where a MOUSE runs on the floor. The problem with mice was solved like this, I called the reception and said that we have a mouse, in response they told me, and what I want, I'm in the forest, there are mice, but now we'll try to fix it. Dear employees, our main family home is in the forest and we don't have any mice in our house! Then nothing happened for an hour, I called again, they told me that someone had to do something, but nobody did anything, they told me that the problem could not be solved in any way, and I needed to turn on the ultrasonic repeller. So we lived these two days with the vile sounds of this repeller. The mice were no longer seen, but we heard their sounds in the walls. We read the booklet with the rules of residence, there was a strong feeling that it was written by an official from a hotel of the times of the USSR, it became even funny, although partly light was shed on how it was possible to spoil the concept of this place! Further, the restaurant, which is very expensive for such a level of food, does not correspond to the price at all, well, the food is acceptable, but in two days it became boring and did not want anything. The most unpleasant thing is delivery to the room, it would be impossible to get through to bring breakfast, on the first morning I called for about 15 minutes. Then I started ordering from the menu that was on the table, they told me this was the wrong menu, these dishes cannot be ordered, I ask what it is then table and called breakfast ?! When ordering, they did not bring porridge, I could not get through, they scored, but decided to check on departure how we would pay, of course it turned out to be on the check, they wanted to cheat on such trifles, it's very sad! At the entrance, we were proudly told that a burger shop had opened in the forest, we went there in the lunch area, came, and there was no one there at all, everything was closed and did not work, the question was, why lie that it works ?! In general, we could not stand all this and decided to leave a day earlier, bother and collect the cost for one day, which burned out at all, we didn’t want to communicate with the employees, so we gave them these 15K rubles. But they were forced to cross out 150 rubles for porridge, otherwise this is completely arrogance. They also did not look at houses / plots for sale, because this is not our place at all, with this approach it will fall apart very soon, there is no point in investing resources here. Also behind the beautiful entrance to the territory is an incomprehensible garbage dump and some kind of construction waste, which clearly shows the attitude of the managers, they see it every time they call in! In general, marketing activity clearly distorts reality, the concept was very interesting, and the implementation was disgusting, I am sure that this is the merit of the current team, which just needs to change everything.

Were here in March and September 2020. We were looking for a house for 4 people with a sauna. Pros: 1 - Sauna in Chalet Family. 2 - View of the reservoir. 3 - Not crowded (achieved by a high price tag for accommodation). 4 - Complex (breakfast + lunch) in the restaurant. Served by waiters. Minuses: 1 - Expensive when compared to the Finnish standard of cottage relaxation (house, sauna in / near it, near water, privacy). 2 - Breakfast too hearty :)

I wanted to come to Vazuzu to hunt in a boat with a motor, it turned out that it wouldn’t work out, the local hunting farm sells vouchers exclusively to those who stay at Vazuz Club.
