The face of any institution that works with people is its employees. And here with this complete order. The only thing for which the institution can be fully praised. The girls are very friendly, and what is important - they are very quick and efficient. Despite the fact that on Tuesday evening the boarding at the institution was almost full due to Knowledge Day, they did not forget about us and were served instantly. All the tips of the world to them. They left a very pleasant impression. The second, less significant plus of the institution is the interior. In general, as I like, it is classic with small elements of the loft style. Heavy wooden tables, exposed brickwork, panoramic window overlooking Pobedy Avenue. The establishment gives the impression of a family cafe. There are few young people, mostly aged people, mostly with children, perhaps because of the first of September. Large wine list, sorry I don't drink wine in bars. There is little beer, the assortment fits on one small leaf. Half of the list is made up of good old Zhiguli. The average price of a glass is from 150 to 250. Beer is like beer, not exactly worth your money, but not bad either. Normal. Well, okay, I think it's more of a pub or restaurant, probably good food here! How wrong I was. The girl ordered some kind of Prague salad for 300 rubles, I don't remember the ingredients. The only thing I remember was meat as tough as an insole. Chews with difficulty. And I ordered the restaurant's signature dish - Schnitzel from the Chef. It is logical to assume that this should be the flagship of the establishment, right? The order was brought quickly, the employee said that it was prepared from blanks. Schnitzel is served with a side dish of potatoes and herbs - probably 50 grams. The schnitzel itself is huge, for the whole plate, 250 grams. Huge and absolutely tasteless. This is a pure semi-finished product. The closest analogue to taste is the cordon blue from Ermolino, only there you can buy a kilogram of these very schnitzels for 200 rubles, and here the institution feeds you a preheated, tasteless factory product for 300-400 rubles. This is not the most disgusting dish in my life, far from it, but you do not feel the pleasure of taste and eating. The local "schnitzel" is exactly a product, like an army dry ration - threw in and ran to the front. Jokes aside, this is simply unacceptable. Whereas in other establishments of the city they will bring you real meat for the same price - a steak, barbecue or a juicy cutlet in a burger, "Schnitzel" offers you a semi-finished product with a huge extra charge. Particularly pleased with the name, from the Chef, heh. Reheating a semi-finished product in the microwave or in the oven is a real skill. In general, in the bottom line, I would give the institution 3 out of 5 points. This is not the best place among its price segment, and I would not recommend voluntarily going into it to anyone. I definitely don't plan. But if by the will of fate you find yourself in "Schnitzel", for example, for the company, or if you need to while away a couple of hours between meetings or waiting for a friend, in principle, you can go. The main thing is, don't take "Schnitzel from the chief". Perhaps other dishes are better here. But the name of the establishment and its flagship product are thought provoking.

Very good establishment зав live music until 11pm. Not a bad cocktail menu, reasonable prices (much lower than in Moscow for the budget). We really enjoyed. Very polite and attentive waitress Anna !!!

Cool cafe. Cuisine, prices, service, location. Cozy. The waiters are unobtrusive but professional. I recommend.
