On Friday night, my friends and I visited this bar, so to speak, we all love Russian craft and hoped to enjoy exploring a new place in Tver. The only thing that pleased us was the prices and the opportunity to freely sit at the table, it was a pity that did not alert us - empty tables on Friday evening in a bar in the center with low prices. Next was thrash. At the request to give a beer to try on the tap (the normal practice of all similar establishments), the bartender categorically refused, citing the lack of special dishes for this (is plastic packing now a big problem?) We selected beer according to its characteristics, drank it, decided to try other sorts and tried it already ". The bartender said that he would pour us beer in our glasses - he answered categorically to the request to wash them that he doesn’t have a special wash, he works alone in the bar and it’s too expensive to wash each glass for each guest. The moment was tense, but I didn’t want to argue, I wanted to chat with friends and drink beer. The next problem was discovered when you wanted to pay for beer with a card - the bar counter was so closely occupied by the already “warmed up” young friends of the bartender that it was simply impossible to get to the payment terminal standing on the counter. At the request of a little outside reaction, too, there was no need to drag on with all my strength. Needless to say, only croutons and peanuts were available from the appetizers, and the latter in such quantity that they bit the leftovers? There is no mention of any background music, communication took place under loud cues from the same young guests. Awful disappointment. If nothing changes in the institution, it is doomed to failure, forgive me my pessimism 😢

Yes, of course, not everything was set up for visitors in the bar, but the beer was very tasty)) was there several times, of course, on the first visit I was not quite happy with the service, but after I noticed positive changes, the assortment increased and the service became excellent, now I always go with friends, I also know that the guys are developing and quickly responding to all wishes, for example, it’s important for me to sit on upholstered furniture)) I took into account my wishes and ordered pillows for chairs))) Thank you guys for the delicious beer and for the quick response to requests !!! I wish you success, I think soon your bar will be one of the best in Tver !!!
