Usually, for many years now, we have stopped in Vyshny Volochyok at the Kaspiy cafe. There is a dish with the amazing name Chalopyr, which has not been seen anywhere else. Looks like Petey. This time I decided to see what else is recommended to visit in Volochyok. I read reviews about the Thyme cafe. And the plans changed. I wanted to try the barbecue, which was endowed with only colorful epithets in the reviews. I subscribe to all that has been said. Anyone who is supportive of lamb, you are here. Piti, rack and lamb kebab just melt in your mouth, and I didn't want to cut off the thin crispy toasted edge of the fat. Vegetable salad was recommended in the subject! Petey was divided into two plates because he wanted to try, but not overeat. Adjichka with herbs is fragrant, moderately spicy. What I would like to get to a full excellent rating is Wi-Fi and air conditioning. But repairs are underway and, I think, everything will be here. The cafe is located on the Moscow-SPb side, but on the opposite side there is a good parking lot at the Magnit store and a pedestrian crossing, so the cafe is recommended for travelers in both directions.

The menu is quite varied. Prices are pleasing. PORTS ARE GREAT! I took a hodgepodge and goulash with buckwheat, I liked everything. My fellow travelers also liked almost everything, except for borsch and Greek salad. No seeds were taken out of the olives in the salad, and there would have been 5 stars. I apply the menu.
