A well-known travel agency on one of the central streets of the city (Mira, 162). There is a parking lot nearby and a public transport stop. One of the key points: many local excursions around the city and the region, Samarskaya Luka and neighboring regions. Perfectly! The service is good, informative. However, if you are a regular client or decide to take 3-5-10 excursions at once, then you will not get any advantages over a one-time, casual client! No bonuses, no discounts, no gifts (many travel agencies provide bonuses for the second trip). Moreover: when you try to pay for a tour with a card, you will be charged an additional payment! Stone Age ... But the tours are interesting, informative, as a rule, on weekends.

Friendly staff. Do what is possible. You can get trips to Samara Luka on holidays outside of Luka only here, the rest are either relaxing on holidays, or are in the reserve.

I take sdes tickets around the country. The staff are great. Put four stars, no terminal. When the required amount is not enough, you have to go and withdraw money.
