Of the minuses: the low level of qualifications of some of the master-receivers, lack of punctuality. Summary: A dealer who is only good for an engine oil change. For about five years I have been visiting them for maintenance, there were no special complaints, they were able to carry out simple work. In mid-November 2020, he turned to them with a problem: the reversing light and parking sensors do not turn on. They answered: come - we will decide. After diagnostics, a verdict was issued: malfunction of the reverse sensor. Not available, you need to wait for delivery. It is a pity that the authorized dealer has only a supply of oil and wipers in the warehouse, you have to wait, there is nothing to do. A week later, he was invited again to replace the sensor. Recording at 8 am sharp, at the beginning of the ninth the security guard slowly opens the doors of the service center. Punctuality is great, but we already know that the dealer likes to keep customers waiting. I go up to the counter where the receptionists are sitting, and they send me to the entrance to service number 2. Like other people ... They can't even agree among themselves in what sequence and through which gate customers can enter so that everyone is comfortable ... European level service. I left the car for the serviceman, after half an hour I was informed that they ordered the wrong sensor and therefore cannot change anything. Really? Did they carry out diagnostics, took more than 2 thousand for it, and don't even know which part needs to be replaced? The highest level of employee skill. As a result, 2 wasted Sunday mornings.
