They agreed to just close her door. The door was brought in a different shade, we refused to install it, as it looks ugly. They promised to understand and bring the door of the desired shade - they did not fulfill their promise. By the way, another wall panel was brought. For a month he spoke with the head of the IP Abdulmanov Niyaz Halilievich about solving these problems. He accepted the claim, promised to sort it out and solve the problem. They agreed to just get a new one in return for the swollen countertop. We have already agreed that we will do the installation of the countertops ourselves. The manager said that he has a new one in the warehouse and can provide it to us. Within three days of correspondence, he managed to get a photo of this countertop from him. Agreed to a replacement. We are waiting for delivery ... Then the problems began with cutting this countertop. Then with delivery. Then the tabletop was taken to Yekaterinburg for cutting. Then problems began probably with telephone communications. As a result, constant postponements began, promises tomorrow or next Monday to solve the problem, promises that the car is about to leave for you this weekend. I didn’t answer calls the first time. I had to call 5-6 times to pick up the phone. In the last conversation, it turned out that the manager has an acceptance certificate signed by us, but he would not want to use it. As a result, a month of negotiations over a countertop worth 3000 rubles. Overall: the kitchen is not bad, but the service and warranty are disgusting. When buying something from these comrades, do not sign the transfer acceptance certificate until you are completely convinced of the complete completeness of the purchase and the quality of the work performed. Don’t be fooled by promises to bring missing parts and the like tomorrow. I wrote such a great review, because I wanted to express all the negative that I have accumulated for this company.
