Very beautiful! Fresh air! The houses are clean. The pool water is also clean. They were here for the second year in a row. Children bastards on a trampoline and on a swing. Loved it! We will return 100%. By the way, the company was resting in a company of almost 40 people (this is with children) and everything fit in the gazebo. Thanks to the administration!

The place is beautiful, I liked everything except the little things that emphasize the attitude of the owners towards the vacationers. In our house, in one room, there was no masking net on the window, only the brackets on the wall remained from the blinds, it is not possible to change clothes, in the next room the net is torn but stands still. in the morning they opened the window because it became unbearably stuffy. The pool is wonderful, slides, swings, everything is super. plastic chairs with broken backs, hard beds, it hurts to sleep, you turn over all the time. I really want to come again and so that annoying little things are eliminated, it's so simple, call the company that deals with windows, blinds and call them to inspect all the houses and take measurements, pay the bill and the whole question is closed.

The base is in a good location, coniferous forest and kama. At the base, you can't swim in the river, there is only a pool, and everyone hangs out there. If you want to swim in the river, there is a common beach at the exit from Chaika. Even there, at the exit, you can move to the opposite bank for a fee. There is a very clean beach, shallow warm lakes for children and very few people. The food is so-so, it is better to take it with you and cook it on the grill. Or order from the locals. The cafe did not work in our prinzd, only a canteen. The house is not very clean, there is drying and dust under the bed. In a nice place, the territory is clean. Only mosquitoes and horseflies get it. We were with my daughter for 1.5 years, she was delighted with the pool and those same backwaters on the opposite bank. In general, we liked it, if not quibble. A beautiful place for a family vacation. There is an open-air pool. No towels provided. The houses are generally dead, without repair.

Cozy houses at the recreation center "The Seagull", surrounded by forest, are located on the banks of the Kama River. I liked the rest very much. ☺
